A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey there!

Hi I’m Kristina, and I help late-diagnosed and questioning autistic and ADHD adults discover why we’ve spent our lives trying to fix ourselves—by revealing how we’ve been taught to mistake our differences for defects, and opening the door to a radically different understanding of ourselves and the world.

But it hasn’t always been this way…

For five decades, I believed I was broken. Too sensitive. Socially damaged. I thought everyone else had received a rulebook I somehow missed. I became a psychotherapist with advanced training, and still—no one helped me understand what was actually happening.

Everything changed when I discovered my autism and ADHD at 50. As I deep dove into the neuroscience that finally explained my brain and the lived experience of other neurodivergent people, I felt relief, vindication, and clarity. But also grief and rage that it took so long to discover something so fundamental about myself.

Through the Neurodivergent Rising course and community, I’ve walked alongside others through profound shifts in how they understand themselves. I’ve witnessed others undergo the same profound transformation—people speaking about revolution, revelation, and finally coming home to themselves.

I created this guide because I know what it costs to spend decades believing other people’s interpretations of who you are. And I know what becomes possible when you finally begin to question them.

See you inside,
Kristina
